Requirements:
- Three years of successful sales experience, embracing the dynamic nature of the field.
- Specific experience in the residential real estate development industry is highly desirable.
- In-depth understanding of ERP and cloud-based software solutions.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft products – Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Three or more years of experience in NetSuite sales or a similar role.
