Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for employees.
- Provide IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Ensure system security, data protection, and backup procedures are in place.
- Monitor network performance and optimize system functionality.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control.
- Assist in setting up and maintaining IT infrastructure for new projects.
- Stay updated on the latest IT trends and technologies.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or technical support.
- Experience with Windows, MacOS, and Linux is a plus.
- Knowledge of networking, firewalls, and security protocols.
- Familiarity with cloud computing, virtualization, and IT infrastructure.
- Experience with troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Preferred Certifications (a plus but not required):
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals
- Cisco CCNA
