Responsibilities:
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for employees.
  • Provide IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
  • Ensure system security, data protection, and backup procedures are in place.
  • Monitor network performance and optimize system functionality.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control.
  • Assist in setting up and maintaining IT infrastructure for new projects.
  • Stay updated on the latest IT trends and technologies.
 Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 0-3 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or technical support.
  • Experience with Windows, MacOS, and Linux is a plus.
  • Knowledge of networking, firewalls, and security protocols.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing, virtualization, and IT infrastructure.
  • Experience with troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Preferred Certifications (a plus but not required):
  • CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals
  • Cisco CCNA
