Responsibilities:
  •  Identify and approach potential clients in assigned territories.
  • Conduct outdoor visits, cold calls, and face-to-face meetings to generate sales opportunities.
  • Present and promote company products/services to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 0-3 years of experience in outdoor sales, field sales, or direct selling.
  • Experience in B2B or B2C sales is a plus.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Must be willing to work outdoors and travel.
