Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients in assigned territories.
- Conduct outdoor visits, cold calls, and face-to-face meetings to generate sales opportunities.
- Present and promote company products/services to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in outdoor sales, field sales, or direct selling.
- Experience in B2B or B2C sales is a plus.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Must be willing to work outdoors and travel.
